1. Reviews Displayed via the Google Widget

The reviews displayed here come from the Google platform. We have no technical means to independently verify whether the reviews were written by actual buyers or users of our products.

2. Store Reviews / Testimonials from Our Own Review System

Visitors to our website can only submit a review for our store if they have actually made a purchase and wish to share their experience.
Submitting a review requires a registered user account.

3. Product Reviews

Product reviews on our website can only be submitted by customers with a registered user account. Additionally, reviews can only be submitted for products that have been purchased from us.

  • The review function is only activated after a successful purchase.
  • Duplicate reviews for the same product are not possible—a user account can only review a purchased product once, even if it has been ordered multiple times.

Review Plausibility Check

To ensure the authenticity of reviews, we conduct a thorough plausibility check:

✔️ We analyze the overall review behavior of the user and review relevant metadata (e.g., IP address, device ID, date).
✔️ We ensure that the purchase and review of the product are logically connected in terms of time and location, and check for inconsistencies in content.
✔️ For suspicious reviews, we attempt to contact the reviewer to verify their statements.
✔️ Unclear or unverifiable reviews are filtered out and not published.

Review Guidelines

We greatly appreciate your honest feedback on our products. To ensure your review is published, please follow these guidelines:

 Allowed:

  • You are welcome to share your personal opinion and constructive criticism in your review.

 Not Allowed:

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will not be tolerated.
  • Advertising for other products or providers is prohibited.
  • Reviews by product testers or reviews written in exchange for financial or other compensation are not permitted.
  • Reviews must be based on real experiences with the product and be truthful. Misleading or false reviews will be removed.

 Violations of Our Guidelines
In case of violations, we reserve the right to:
  Temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts.
  Remove or not publish inappropriate reviews.
